Golden Mylk Turmeric Latte
Ingredients:
2 cups Almond milk (or soy milk
1 stick of cinnamon (You can grind it in a coffee grinder and use 1/2 - 1 tsp of cinnamon)
1 tsp of a sweetener of your choice (I used agave but you can also use maple syrup, coconut sugar, or raw honey)
1 tsp of vanilla
1/2 - 1 tsp of turmeric
1/2 - 1 tsp of ginger (you can freshly cut or grind the ginger yourself or use already made ground ginger)
1-2 Dashes of Pepper
1 tbsp of coconut oil
~Gently boil your almond milk~
~Add in the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, pepper, vanilla, and coconut oil~
~Add in your sweetener (If you are using honey, add the honey once your latte is in your mug in order to avoid over heating your honey~
~Sip & Enjoy~
