Pan Fried Cod with Sesame Onion Drizzle

 


In a separate bowl or plate, pour in 1 cup of corn starch, add lemon pepper and smoked paprika

Cut your cod filets in equal sizes, approximately 4 - 5 ounces per filet

Rinse your cod in water and gently pat your cod with a paper towel.

Dredge your cod in the corn starch mix

Pour 2 - 3 tablespoons of olive oil or grapeseed oil in a frying pan at high temp

Place your cod on the frying pan

Cook each side for 3 - 5 minutes or until each side is golden brown
